Changes

  1. Set EOA account code
  2. Validator Max Effective balance
  3. Blob space doubling for L2s

EIP 7702 (EOA account code): Enables EOA to act like smart contract accounts during a transaction. Enables gas sponsorships, transaction batching and delegation without migrating to Smart contract accounts(SCA).

EIP - 7251 Max Effective Balance: Raises validator staking limit from 32 ETH to 2048ETH reducing validator count and improving network efficiency. Will reduce the number of nodes in the network.

EIP- 7691 Blob throughput increase: Increase the blob count per block from 3 to 6, and raises the maximum from 6 to 9, expanding the DA space for L2

EIP -7002 Execution layer triggerable exits: Allows validators to exit via the execution layer, enabling programmable staking workflows

EIP 7623: Increase calldata cost: encourage rollups to use blob data ****

EIP-2935: Save historical block hashes in state: from 256 block hashes to 8191 block hashes
